Let’s walk along the healing path.
I am a clinical social worker and yoga teacher by training, and I am most informed by my experience as a human being. I seek to help individuals ground themselves, engaging in life versus reacting to it. Energy, insight, movement and breath unlock buried emotions and patterns, exposing wounds and forgotten parts of ourselves that keep us out of balance. The healing path involves carefully dismantling the armor we have constructed to protect ourselves throughout our lives. This armor is heavy, weighing on our spirit, disconnecting us from ourselves and others.
When we allow new experiences to happen and investigate how they impact us, we begin to heal. In this practice, we build awareness of unhelpful patterns, shape new ways of being in the world, attune to our inner knowing, and settle the nervous system. Feeling grounded and embodied in ourselves allows us to live with presence and integrity, aware of our tendencies and triggers and equipped with new ways to live. The work is lifelong and universal, and I walk the path with you when you need support, offering tools, compassion and love along the way.
Part of being a whole-hearted human is having the courage to be vulnerable and live authentically. It’s an incredibly brave act to focus on change from within. I invite you to connect with me if you’d like to walk this path together!
“Our job in this lifetime is not to shape ourselves into some ideal we imagine we ought to be, but to find out who we already are and become it.”
— Wayne Dyer
